Last updated: May 30, 2026
Service purpose
Zupien provides AI-assisted document intelligence for energy infrastructure procurement, bid review, and related techno-commercial workflows. The platform may help users extract requirements, identify risks, generate checklists, summarize documents, and prepare decision-support outputs.
AI-assisted outputs
Zupien outputs are generated with automated systems and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or require interpretation. All outputs are advisory and must be reviewed by qualified human reviewers before use in procurement, engineering, legal, commercial, or bid-submission decisions.
No professional advice
Zupien does not provide legal, engineering, procurement, financial, or compliance advice. Users remain responsible for all bid decisions, submissions, contractual positions, technical compliance, and reliance on any platform output.
Customer content
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload, process, and use any RFQs, specifications, contracts, drawings, addenda, bid documents, or other materials submitted to Zupien.
Acceptable use
Users may not use Zupien to upload unlawful content, violate third-party rights, bypass security controls, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with platform operation.
Enterprise agreements
If your organization uses Zupien under a separate written agreement, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these website terms.
