Last updated: May 30, 2026

Information we collect

Zupien may collect account details, demo requests, contact information, uploaded procurement documents, extracted outputs, usage events, support communications, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the platform.

Customer documents and outputs

Uploaded RFQs, specifications, contracts, drawings, addenda, bid packages, and generated outputs remain customer content. Zupien uses this content to provide document intelligence features such as extraction, risk review, checklists, analytics, and decision-support summaries.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve Zupien, process documents, generate source-cited outputs, support users, monitor reliability, protect the service, and communicate about demos, product updates, and account matters.

AI processing

Zupien may use AI model providers and infrastructure vendors to process documents and generate outputs. These workflows are designed to support traceability, security, and human review for high-stakes procurement and engineering decisions.

Sharing and selling

Zupien does not sell customer documents or extracted procurement data. We may share information with service providers that help operate the platform, comply with law, protect rights and security, or fulfill an enterprise agreement.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, support customer workflows, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain auditability. Customers may request deletion or export of applicable information by contacting us.
